Who we are

Acquaint Media is a digital marketing studio based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving businesses across Canada. This policy covers this website (acquaintmedia.ai).

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. GA4 sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use this data only to improve the site and see which content is useful. We do not sell it, and we don't use it to identify you personally.

Booking. If you book a call, scheduling happens through Calendly. The information you enter there (name, email, and anything you choose to share) goes to Calendly and is subject to Calendly's privacy policy. We only use it to prepare for and hold your call.

Nothing else. This site has no accounts, no newsletter forms, and no ad trackers.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site works fine without them. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you'd like any data connected to a call you booked corrected or deleted, email info@acquaintmedia.ai and we'll take care of it.

Retention

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings (14 months) and then deleted automatically. Booking details are kept only as long as needed to serve you as a prospect or client.

Third-party services

The services this site relies on: Google Analytics (usage analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Fontshare (fonts), and GitHub Pages (hosting). Each processes only what's needed for its function.
